Memberships & Listings
Black in Loudoun offers a one-time Community Listing ($9.99), a monthly Founding Member membership ($10/month), a yearly Founding Member membership ($99/year), and a one-time Lifetime Founding Member option ($99). Access, badges, and directory placement are granted after payment is confirmed and, where applicable, your submission is approved.
All Sales Are Final — Non-Refundable
All listings and memberships — including the Community Listing, monthly Founding Member, yearly Founding Member, and Lifetime Founding Member — are non-refundable. By completing checkout you agree to this policy.
Monthly Founding Member subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account to stop future billing. Cancellation stops renewals going forward and does not refund the current or any prior billing period. Yearly and lifetime purchases are not prorated or refunded.
Content & Conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of any business information, photos, and event details you submit. Black in Loudoun reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove listings and events that violate our community standards or misrepresent a business, without refund.
Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please email admin@blackinloudounmedia.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and Stripe receipt. We review each request individually; approval of a correction is at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation to refund future disputes.
